A large public sector organisation had limited capacity and capability from their internal procurement team to deliver the strategic advice and solutions they required. Fernhill Solutions was engaged to provide strategic commercial advice to the organisation as they developed their Business Case and deliver a programme to simplify services that they provided to New Zealanders.
Having over 10 years experience in providing strategic commercial advice, Fernhill Solutions reviewed the commercial case as part of the Better Business Case and provided input into the Gateway Review. This resulted in confidence that the organisation could procure the required services and deliver the required benefits.
In addition, Fernhill Solutions challenged the assumptions made and identified new innovative ways of procuring services, ensuring that every possible advantage was made of utilising All of Government ICT panels.
